Jan Strządała
KITTY
I remained silent
until
I touched the blackness
it was hot and soft
I spoke
silently
and silence filled her impermeably
fair roughness was purring
in her body
she brushed against my feet
and I felt a flame
with our fingertips we lit up the stars
they were pulling away from the black sky
as words
and they were falling on our bodies
through the window in the ceiling
I'd broken it across the night
that day
you'd not return till morning.
